We send out emails periodically. We hope to have the time and resources to produce some more free materials for the email lists in the future, but at the moment we’re focusing more on the premium Zapp! English products – we’ll be sending some of the workbooks for these free to our list as we launch new packs.


Other reasons you may have stopped receiving emails:

You accidentally unsubscribed

 

Some people also manage to unsubscribe by accident, by accidentally clicking on the unsubscribe link contained within each email. If you do this, we’re afraid the only solution is to sign-up to the list again on our website. If you don’t want to receive all the same scheduled emails again, please let us know by sending us your email address and we’ll move you to the end of the sequence manually.

 

You bought something and signed up to the Customers List

 

When you buy something you are invited to become a member of the “Customers Club”. If you sign up at this point, you are moved from the original list and so depending on where you were in the initial email sequence, you will stop receiving the weekly emails.

 

Although not a perfect solution we do this for a reason and that is so that you don’t end up being bothered by promotions for products you may have already bought
